how to help overcome stress :

1. time management
2. a better relationship with parents and family members
3. a healthy diet and lifestyle
4. a peer support group

i as a candidate A , so i got the 1st point lah . hm , for me .. to do MUET practice is okay .

its make me more confident to speak and write in english . hehe :P
